Nice paused and TnG benching, Leah! I have been doing the same thing, which has been helping with bar path issues (i.e., all the reps). I'm thinking of adding in slingshot overload reps for a few cycles of my program, once my shoulder issues subside a bit more.

It was so much fun! The BB club has definitely increased the interest in strength training.

Thanks! I have SO much paused benching to do, and it is certainly helping. Now the TnG feels super funky, but my bench is improving, slowly but surely.

Thanks, Craig. I'm pretty happy with how everything is coming together right now. I am going to work on staying this positive for the next 4 weeks too! :-)

Thanks, Lakshmi! My cray cray hit hard last week. I might have sent someone this email-
So I think I'm going to make it, but I'm really struggling. I'm trying to enjoy the small successes and progress. I'm tired a lot and my emotions are super raw.

I'm trying to remember if it was this hard a year ago. But right now I battle just giving up and lifting at 165 almost every day.

    I'm doing much better now!

It probably wasn't this hard a year ago. That's the thing, we accomplish something that's thought to be unattainable and then set the bar even higher. I struggle with not giving up every day too. It would be so much easier to just go back to how things used to be but we know we can't

I've sent way more emotional emails lol super emo. I realize now I wasn't in the best of places with things outside of lifting.
