Thank you all so much! The SS community is fantastic, and it was also wonderful to have so many people there in person to cheer us all on. For those of you who came by, I can't tell you how great is is to be in such a huge meet and then hear your name yelled when you're ready to lift.

In an effort to improve my set up, I had to step back and reset for each pull. This made sets of 6 looooong, but it was good. Very good.

25x8x4 trying to work on my limited OH range of motion
Done between coaching some other lifters, with me insisting that they wait for me to do a set before they lifted again. WAIT for me! Some of them are just too impatient.
Box squats with chains
180 +chains (60#, I think) x3 reps EMOM x 12 min.
General training update is that I now kind of wrecked. It's like training is currently a foreign concept for my body, but it's a pretty cool training block.
