Do you load the prowler?
Any reason for prowler over wingates?
I think we are just mixing up my conditioning. I did almost exclusively bike leading up to my meet. These prowler sprints aren't loaded, but when I do the shorter lengths, I load them.
I am that fun person who tells Jordan that I want-
To have more food
To get leaner
To be stronger
To win
But I dislike conditioning
I am aware that some are in conflict with each other, but his job can't be too easy. I have a ton of training volume work plus this conditioning right now, so right now, I eat more.
