    Thanks! I agree, just something particularly notable. Also notable is that I then DL the SAME WEIGHT for 5x5. That's not quite as great since that number should be higher. Haha.

    225 + chains x 9 EMOM
    then x4 without the chains, since I started to fear that the chains would kill me

    I didn't seriously worry about throwing up this time, even though it was awful. Apparently I need to go faster next time. :-)

    220x4 @8x 5 sets

    Bench torture, otherwise known as isometric bench with a 5 sec hold at 4 in off my chest
    100x4 @6
    110x4 @7
    121x4 @8x5 sets
    I went up in these significantly over last week. That left my arms fairly fried.

    Bench, was supposed to be with chains, but there was no way that was happening after the other work
    125x3 x12 EMOM

    And I'm still looking for a training partner, people. Santa Cruz is great!

    Also looking for a training partner. I believe living in texasss increases your SSC cred and you can work on your accent.

    I will keep this in mind. I've always wanted an accent. I think almost any place is cheaper than here and probably has a higher number of working/at least fairly functioning single males. SC has the beach and a bunch of beach bums. :-)

    314x1 @8ish. I mis-loaded my bar and only had a 2.5kg plate on one side. Doh
    257x4x7 sets SEVEN SETS. yay!

    172x1 @8.5 I had no spotter/lift-off and I think it showed.
