Thanks, guys! I had a great time doing this, I love lifting on the team, but man...it's hard to not perform how you had really hoped. 2nd place could have been mine and I lost it. That part stings, but I'm pleased with the whole meet in the end. :-)
This week's training.
Worlds was as great experience, and I'll write up more later. I earned bronze overall, silver for the squat, and bronze for the bench. It was decidedly a new experience to be in a meet half way across the world!
And then when I got home, I started a GPP block while I do I am not sure what. Get jacked and lift some more PRs? Don't know, but doing this over the last three days in a row was not too wonderful.

This marks the start of my training for USAPL Raw Nats. The last three weeks were great, but I am super ready to get back to my standard training. It was a tad tough to have real weight on my back again since all my weights have been fairly low and the reps high. So even though it was tough mentally, it was good.
