    285x4 +1 Um, so yeah, I was feeling really awful by this point, but not sure why. I gave up after 4, then decided to just do one more.

    First time trying this, and while I think had the wood (actually foam roller) set up correctly, my squats were pretty much paused squats because I was thinking way to hard about the whole thing

    1 sec paused bench press

    132.5x5 @9
    127x5x5 @9

    This whole session wasn't easy, as I was pretty much shaking for every pull and squat. At the moment I blamed it all on Jordan and my macros, but it turns out I have a fever. So I can't really blame him for that, I guess.

    Yes, I generally do blame him, even if I have no good reason. The fact that you seen things the same is just one of the great things about you, Mel.

    225x6 that was supposed to be a 10, but it was just really hard. I'm not sure it was the max really.
    No fatigue since I was super short on time.

    10 min push ups

    Sort of just got done whatever I really could as I'm out of town for the week. There's going to be a lot of juggling of stuff to get most of it in.
