Haha, that bench that needs so much work? Yes, that lift will get so much attention. I figure I'll wait until at least after the ablations. It does actually hurt sometimes. But who needs a whole week before benching???

    Have a speedy recovery, Teach!
No need to worry about training, you have certainly put in a lot of work and can take a little down time.

This has felt like a very long time, even though it wasn't.

    Row sprints x12
    Chins -many sets of 3-4
Abs- 7 min of plank work

2nd day in a row and more sore than I remember being in a long time. Super fun to live on the 2nd floor! I'm thinking that my genius plan to catch up by doing 3 days in a row was not too genius....

Glad to see you back at it, Teach! You'll be back in form in no time; no reason to rush it.

242x5x3. Pretty sure that was not really RPE 8 as prescribed...that last set just shot right past 8.

It's always so shocking to the CFers when they see the PLer clean. I'm not sure why, as I clearly still rather awful at them.

Woohoo for a garage gym! I rarely use mine, but I am happy to have it when I need it. Especially over the holidays and when the snow/ice hits and I can't get out of my house.
