    I am not coordinated or fast or powerful but once it clicked it all made sense. It only took about 10 coaches before I found one that spoke the right language.

    Melody, I probably need to try 6-7 more coaches! I have worked with a couple of guys who started out super excited because of my squat, sure they could fix my clean. They couldn't wait to see the big PRs. Ah, didn't happen.

    Are you seriously doing rows with 80 kg?

    The number of guys you would flat out embarass at my gym is immense! ��

    They were Pendlay rows, it was only 3 at a time, and they were very, very difficult. :-)

    But yes, 80 kg because my small plates haven't arrived yet and I was too lazy to unload and reload the bar with 70kg, my only other option yesterday. :-)

    I was basically crushed by these physically and emotionally. :-) I was fighting tears for set three.

    Bench
    61.5kg x5x2, 4
    My bench is so horrendous right now, and I have no idea why.

    Rows 80kgx3x3
    I was not really winning the war against tears by this time.

    Might be my worst session in a long, long time.
