    No, it's the other one... :-( I really, really need to take care of it. I've been having trouble with it for a couple of week, but this week, the pain definitely scared me a tiny bit because of my past surgery.

    Thanks! I think it's just me really not taking care of it. I'll get some soft tissue work on it, and commit to mobility work, and trust that's all it is. I'm just kind of creaky, and oddly tweaked all over, and I'm not really sure why.
