180! I love the sling shot. I look forward to the workouts I get to handle a lot of weight. I WILL ALWAYS use a spotter regardless of the weight. You can definitely have unexpected bad reps or a misgroove with it. I've also had it pop up towards my face mid rep before. I always make sure to have one of my regular spotters who I know I have trained well on hand for sling shot days!
Since we're talking slingshot...what size and color do you wear? I'm planning to order one because my gym only has XLs and smalls.
I know! 180!! The slingshot is my new best friend. :-) And having a lift - off and a spotter was super helpful.
