    I found this really cool thing to use instead of a towel or have someone hold boards. It's called the Shoulder Saver. I used it on Wednesday for the first time and LOVE IT! Another toy to check out. I'm such a geek. If my non lifting friends knew what I get really excited about, they'd think I'd lost it for sure

    Weighted chins for reps - impressive! Curious - how long do you typically rest between sets on these?

    Thanks! I was pleasantly surprised. I did these super-setted with my squats so about 3 min between most of the sets.

    301.5x3 @9 PR too, I think for reps

    then a 20 sec hold with 172kg. But this was kind of a bust because I stood up with it and was immediately too petrified to take any steps out of the rack. So I just stood there and suffered with that on my back for 20 sec.

    Thanks! I'm now slightly worried that I just hit parallel and might not have broken it, :-) but I'm telling myself it's still progress.

    Now this is even more impressive - while moving 200-300lb, you superset squats with weighted chins! :-)
