    Craig, I was trying to change my video settings so I could text video from my Samsung. Fail. It was still too big and now the video sucks. Haha.

    I had an S3 once. It met it's demise after a frustrating session. I've had a Google Nexus 4 since then and the difference is huge. Pure Google phones are the only way to go if you're on Android imo.

    303 squats are tricky. I always think I have more in me, but by the time that last rep rolls around it's probably a 502 rep or something that I have to grind out.

    Craig, I'm getting very tired of this phone. It's almost time for a new one, and I can't decide if I want to go back to an iPhone or not.

    And 303 anything is a special kind of horrible, and I can't decide if the squats or bench are worse. I can grind out that final squat rep, but all of the sudden I can't bench even a tiny bit.

    I can't speak for iPhones as I've never had one, but they seem to be a year behind everyone else. I don't think I could go to an iPhone because I like swipe texting too much. In all honesty my phone is basically a text machine and a device for me to stalk weightlifters on instagram. I do know I'll never buy another Samsung product that's not a TV. I absolutely hated the Galaxy S3. The disappointing thing about android phones that aren't pure Google is waiting to see if your carrier will actually release the updates. More often than not they won't and the manufacturer will just release a new phone the next year with the new OS anyway.

    I'm totally with you on the squat/bench thing. I've had to do the roll of shame two or three times while doing incline bench. I think I easily have two reps left and then nope I just die and the bar comes back down.


    Specialization and GPP? Or Specialized GPP?

    Thank you, David. You will also be of great use, both with your strength and wit. I am pretty blown away with all the change in my life when I stop long enough to think about it. Sometimes I get lost in the immediate, but it's been a pretty awesome couple of years.

    So many phone choices. I'll just sit here and do nothing for awhile longer, and my battery will get worse and worse.

    And it was just a mash up of a couple of days, trying to get some things in before I left town.
