    What the heck! Gwynn is coming to town and I didn't know about it? I've been so lame keeping track of stuff.
    BTW - Teach , your pecks make me jealous! Nice! On all fronts :-)

    I really need to pull my head out of the sand...I would have loved to attend the Seattle Seminar. Bummer

    Thanks, Lakshmi. I would have loved to be at the Seattle seminar too. But I am having a pretty great weekend.

    Did yoga today. Shocking news - I would likely benefit greatly from more yoga.

    Lakshmi, sorry about the bad news. Hope today is better.

    They are not yet coming to Santa Cruz. I would love that, but not yet. It looks like I'm going to have to travel for one.

    I am going to be in Seattle in May for a couple of days with work, and I would love to train with you. We can talk later, but just putting that out there.
