Yes, Jenica. It does. Really, at least it's over rather quickly. And I'm down to just a couple of weeks. :-)

So this sounds totally rude, but...if you are an able-bodied person and you can't lift your suitcase in and out of the overhead bin- check that sucker. Geez. I am so tired of catching falling suitcases.

100% agree. Most people are weak and cheap. Barbells make you more able in many ways!

Umm so I just looked up the WORLD record for M1 -63 and it's 147.5/324.5!
    You can do it!

Agreed. But OTOH, as the monks would say, it's an opportunity to practice patience...lol.

The life in a small town: lots of people to be supportive and encouraging and on the flip side so many people who seem to know how much I weigh. Hahaha!

Seriously, you know you're in a little town when this week has included questions on my training and meet from all these people who remember! It's kind of crazy-the butchers, the electrician, mechanic, students, clients. I kind of want to climb into a cave, but that can't happen. :-)

Just in case there was any question, I am officially 100% in meet prep, weight cut crazy-town now. I am also lighter than I have ever been as an adult. Maybe I was this weight in junior high??? I honestly don't know for sure.

You're doing great Leah. Almost there!

This might sound weird, but your Pendlay row numbers are impressive. I need your secret for all the back jackedness :-)

Thanks, Jenica. SOOOO close. I'm about 145ish now, so it's looking to be a not-fun cut, but I'll get it done. Haha. I need to weigh in and qualify.

The rows-I can only think it's just from being on Jordan's programming for over 2 years.

You can do it! Cheering you on from above the 49th parallel...

Your numbers are pretty impressive. I have a lot of strong guys in my gym, and they would balk at doing the work you are doing.
