10 min ab- GHD sit ups
Airdyne Sprint intervals x8 (with the full warm up and cool down!)
5 min arm work Gah, I barely made it the full 5 min.
10 min mobility work

Then some RDLs to try to just stretch more. My sciatic pain is still bothering me. It's not horrible, but it's a bother, and I don't want it to get worse. I have some concerns about the lower amount of volume that I actually got in for this block, but it is what it is.
