Thanks, Ed. It's been a special challenge getting my training in the last few weeks, but it's worth it.
I'm just doing some sumo as supplement work. Hopefully it will be a good way to add some pulling volume without frying my lower back. I will be working hard to get my DL up over the next couple of months!
Yes sometimes the change is good. I'm trying to get my head in a place to really make some more pulling progress here. :-)
I need to stop making small set up errors and just get better at them. You know, just do it right! Haha.
