    Week of chill out and get my head straight for the run to Nationals

    Squat
    255x5 @7
    275x3x5 @8
    255x5 @7 or 8, super short rest here and getting nice and tired

    Then...
    2 rounds of
    15 shoulder to overhead
    30 cal row
    45 double unders (I gave up on those in round 2 and did 135 single unders)

    Reflections-
    My squat went very well. That makes me happy about things.
    That workout was not very fun, but I got some cardio in and I need to keep my BW down. But I'm clearly in better shape than I have been.

    Sled pull sprints x 8 rounds
    I decided to pull the amount of weight I've lost. That got tough quickly.

    1.5 hour mobility class- I needed that!!

    Yesterday -row sprints, chins and ab roll outs. Do those mess up your hip flexors?

    Good to know. I was bored so wanted to mix up my ab work. I haven't had this pain in a long time. Guess I won't do those.

    Final day of get my head right, do whatever week
    I ran out of ideas, so I just did this. It seemed better than any other related supplemental ides.

    303 Tempo squat
    225x5 @7
    245x5x3 @8
    225x5

    I had someone counting for me, so those were hard. It's the 3 count ascent that kills me every time. My brain is screaming-Get out of the hole, GOOOOOOO!

    TnG Bench

    Paused DL
    225x5 and apparently I was pausing about 3/4 of a sec. So...
    225x5x3 The wonderful person counting for me is the slowest counter in the world. 1..................2.................. :-)

    Yep, and since we have a heat wave for us here, it was super fun.

    I am going to try to get to Boss once or twice a week. I think I need a more competitive training environment now and then. And their equipment is awesome.
