    Yeah, want to talk about how pissed I was? It was probably a 7.5 really, but that still doesn't matter. I was quite far behind the bar for the 330 right from the beginning. I am also not setting my lower back enough, maybe not really setting it at all. I haven't been successful in fixing my DL yet, clearly. :-(

    For me Leah, DL's is the only lift that if I am not setup right to start there is no way of adjusting to pull the bar off the floor. I sympathize
