    Oy. My funny voice doesn't come across in writing, lol. I don't think pointing to the elite of the elite is a good argument for anything other than they're amazing. It's like saying lifter X high bars, so we should all high bar, etc.

    This is part of the reason that I switched to sumo. I need to not be able to rip the bar up when it gets hard.

    Definitely a rep PR there. This was tough, but definitely rewarding to rep 300 so many times. I love the people at my gym, but they really need to pay attention. One does not want to answer questions the moment before nor right after finishing a heavy set, so I am trying to help them learn this. Headphones in, lots of time facing the wall, and so many shakes of the head to remind people to wait.

    Yeah, but most of them are really for KOTJ, so it's not actually that many.
