3.5 weeks out from my meet, I was exhausted heading in this session and it took me forever, but it was fantastic. I hadn't been planning on these numbers, I was just going to try for 147.5 on the squat and 81 on the bench. On my way to the gym, I got the message that I was to PR this week. I panicked a bit. Hahaha. The 150 squat felt fantastic, 152 definitely felt tougher, but this feels incredibly awesome to hit these numbers right now. I then fell asleep later at my computer. Oops. Work.
