    I am not sure about the RPE here, I like doing this but they are pretty awkward too.

    Then
    60 sec accumulated ring hold
    6 min pull ups-24 total, a huge pull up PR for me!
    Row: 3 min @8, 3 min @6 (1 min rest) x 4 rounds [almost just quit right at the beginning of the row because I was so tired.]
    then I had to convince myself to actually finish the one.last.thing.
    6 min knees to elbows
