    TnG bench
    up to 135x5 @9 not too happy with that number, but oh well! Doing TnG felt funky.

    Prowler sprints +55kg 10 rounds
    7 min ring rows-lots and lots
    7 min abs-ab wheel many times

    Some mobility work.

    (And let the record show that this little conditioning day almost killed me. I will adjust, I will adjust!)

    I'll put up video later, but I think my RPE's were a bit off today. I probably should have aimed higher for my squats. Everything felt really, really good though!

    285x3 @8 decided to just suck it up
