Ha, thanks, Adam. Just made my day!

I am SO incredibly ready for this meet and at the same time working so consciously to STOP my brain from freaking myself out.

I have a few goals for this weekend-
    1. Weigh in at 148.
    2. Lift more on all the lifts than I lifted at 165
    3. Have a lot of fun!

I'm trying to quiet the other goals that are floating around in my head. :-)

Leah, the hard work is all done. Now the fun begins. Commit to being in the moment when it comes. In the meantime, sleep easily. You have nothing to worry about, nothing to doubt. You own your attempts, and you're absolutely capable of handling them, one by one, when the bar is loaded. Your commitment to the lifts is not in question. Your strength will shine. Save it all up, be calm and confident, and unleash it with a raging fury on meet day.

Thanks so much, Adam! I really appreciate this a lot. I keep telling myself that "I have done all the work. I have done it." I am definitely learning a TON about stepping up my mental game.

And thank you too, OM. I'm excited.

Great work Leah! You've worked INCREDIBLY hard at cutting (1300 calories??!?!?!!?!?!!?!?!?!?!???!) AND getting stronger. Have fun and appreciate all the work you've put in. You know what to do!
