Awesome day today...set three consecutive squat PRs, followed by a rep PR, and made a 10 lbs jump on the bench press LP.

Got to cross the 500 deadlift off my bucket list! I was hoping to get it by the SSCA Conference...guess I'll have to come up with some other goal. Also got a deadlift rep PR for added funsies...

Question for the peanut gallery: I have an odd tweak in my right hip. It feels like a pulled muscle most of the time, but sometimes it feels almost like impingement where the femur meets the pelvis. Tends to hurt more in the morning when I wake up and after I've been sitting/laying down for a while. In general I don't feel it that much when I squat, but it has been flaring up after a deadlift. Also, it hurt a smidge when I was trying to spread my legs out on the bench press today. I haven't noticed a loss in daily activity ROM, but when I've tried stretching (the one where you sit "indian style" with the feet touching each other, and you let your legs spread out) I notice a small loss of ROM.
Any ideas?
