Basic, good training. Five straight days of moderate-high intensity and low-moderate volume this week, and I'm feeling pretty good about it. The last squat would have been a set of three, but I got a sense that my briefs wouldn't take the pressure well. That's not a game I play- "Leave no doubt-" so I racked it and went to the restroom. Crisis averted.
I'm officially employed, finally! I will continue taking private clients at Iron Monger's Gym, and I'll be working as a coach at CrossFit 760.
