    Basic, good training. Five straight days of moderate-high intensity and low-moderate volume this week, and I'm feeling pretty good about it. The last squat would have been a set of three, but I got a sense that my briefs wouldn't take the pressure well. That's not a game I play- "Leave no doubt-" so I racked it and went to the restroom. Crisis averted.

    I'm officially employed, finally! I will continue taking private clients at Iron Monger's Gym, and I'll be working as a coach at CrossFit 760.

    Closer than I would have liked, to be honest. I don't think I will ever, even in a meet, willingly employ "power pants."

    Hit openers today. I'm going to go a little more conservative this time: 355, 255, 440. The goal will be to go conservative on the squat (400) with the adductor pull and everything else, then try to break PRs on the bench and deadlift to crack the 1200 total. If I go in and 162 and break my 520 goal on the deadlift, I've got an honest shot at a 400 Wilks (crossing fingers).

    Nothing left now but the screaming.

    Weighed in this morning at 159.5. Holy schnikes! I didn't even make any serious effort to cut- just two low carb days (<100 gms/day) and not eating until the weigh-in at 10:00 this morning. Crazy.
