    Well, it felt heavy as fuck though.

    Honestly, I'm not sure. I did take my meds, but not in high doses or anything, I was actually quite conservative with dosages. All my squats were done with a wide-ish grip too. I did 5x10 hammer curls with a light weight, 10 kg and it seemed to help too.

    Since my elbows were feeling ok, I decided to bench today. Felt good, speed was good. Could have gone heavier perhaps.

    Friday and saturday were off. Gym closed and I needed the break anyway.

    Monday
    Bench

    140x3x3 (competition pause)

    Could have been heavier, could have been faster. Not terribly disappointed though. Kinda achy.

    Squat

    225x3 (paused)
    235x3x2


    I felt like shit, tired and all. All done with wraps. Depth was good, filned the last set. Again, could have gone heavier.

    I was kinda afraid the weight would feel heavy and not go up. Fortunately, I was wrong. But I managed do ding my callus. Such is life.

    Fairly hard but solid. Good.

    Whoa that was hard. Not sure I was good for a triple, probably not.

    Saturday

    Deadlift

    255x0

    245 is my meet PR. Me being able to pull it during a very taxing part of training means I'm doing something right. But 255 just wouldn't budge. Meh.

    Monday

    Squat with wraps
    240x3x2

    These should have felt easier, but probably due to all the heavy work I was still fatigued so I just did 2 sets instead of the 3 I had planned.

    Bench competition pause

    142.5x3x3

    A little harder than expected but well, it's a heavy weight for me so maybe I'm just being too optimistic.

    I arrived early at the gym so I took my time with these. Each single was solid and got better along the way.

    Squat with wraps

    260kgx2

    This was interesting. 260kg is supposed to be easy, but considering how everything felt this week, wednesday included, I was afraid it might feel heavy as fuck and that I'd screw it up somehow and feel awful and miserable.

    But it was easy. It's still 572 lbs but I went deep and bar speed was good. So I'm pretty happy with this.

    I could have done three singles but my legs were pretty sore so I decided to take it easy and leave it for next week.

    Both singles were " easy".

    I'm not sure, 8th I think. Whichever day the 198 classic raw guys are lifting.
