I usually do 3 sets but considering I'm quite close to my meet and I'm already quite fatigued, in the interest of managing my recovery I only did 2 triples. And now I'm feeling kinda guilty about it.
All reps were solid, "fast". Doing 225kg fast is a very big milestone for me, I'm pretty happy about this. I might go up to 260kg at the meet, if everything goes ok.
