Lifting, just lazy about posting. Doing a test week and have hit PRs in all lifts.

Haha, I was wondering why you wanted me to be injured. I supposed that you thought that an injury would be considered a minor setback, whereas a lack of motivation would be a serious issue, indeed!
I am very pleased with my progress. Meet on Feb 4. Will post some more training stuff and a meet report, eventually. Holiday season is busy....
Oh heck, might as well post my other PRs too.
Bench press - 160lb almost bodyweight!!! weighed in at ~165lb this week.
Squat - 250lb. I managed this weight on three separate occasions this week, and failed it once. This was after my fail. Had a cheering section...

Meet report
First meet in a year plus training with Rori Alter = lovely, lovely PRs.....
Squat - 115kg = 253lb. 3 white lights - no problems with depth. This lift I am most proud of. My last meet PR was 107.5kg, in Nov 2014.
(I then failed 117.5kg. Rori says it is mental. She is right.)
Bench Press - 72.5kg = 159.9lb. Had a bit more in me.
Deadlift (sumo) - 150kg = 330lb Not a grinder.
Total 337.5kg = 744lb
2hour weigh-in, at 163.4lb.

this is my 2nd attempt. Just moved a little forward on the way up and lost my groove. Didn't feel heavy.
Bench Press - I resisted the temptation of going for a bodyweight press and got one just a bit less
72.5kg - 160lb

150kg - 330lb
