I just received my new best belts belt today. I'm looking forward to testing it out on Friday.

Press 5x85, 5x110, 3x135, 3x150, 3x170, 2x195 (this means I failed the required reps) 3x170, 7x150
db shoulder press 3 sets of 10x50lb
Tried to do some ring dips but felt weak as fuck. My elbow is hurting on the inside, maybe golf elbow, so I decided not to do any barbell curls.
I'm going to repeat the same numbers for press on the next cycle. If I can recall correctly this is my tenth cycle. So its not too bad considering this is my first time failing.

Deadlift 5x200, 5x250, 3x295, 3x345, 3x395, 5x445, 3x395, 10x345
had some rounding on the fourth and fifth rep of the heavy set. First time using my new belt on deads. Once I found out the sweet spot for it to sit on my waist all was good.
