the crossfit room has 5 c2 rowers, all the crossfit shit. paralletes, boxes, kbs, bands, and shit. Buncha GHDs and roman chairs. FULL line of free motion cable machines.
DBs up to fucking unmarked gigantic 2 hundos. Its crazy.

Ok day, its purposely light, and I didnt really have any assistance planned so I dicked about a bit. Not sure I really like hack squat. It puts a lot of pressure on my knees and doesnt feel like a quad movement to me. Not as good as front squat. Also did not like the hammer pulldown it puts my wrist in a weird ass position.

lol wuts a bodypart split. This week training wise has been fun. More fun than I can ever remember having the entire time I have lifted short of meets. I go in hit 1-3 important big shit lifts, then do some bruh work. I admit i went a little machine nuts, its nice to have those movement s at hand because 1) they dont require a shit ton of stablization which makes them pretty easy to recover from. 2) most of them are just isolation movements so the “muscle” gets worked. Thats total fucking bro science but I dont care. I turned a relatively crappy day due to work into a fun night. I love having a place to drive to that is open to my schedule.
I dunno dude I just wanna lift and be happy atleast 45% of the time.
