    12/2 (Squat/DL assistance day)

    Squat (no belt or wraps):
    1. 365x2
    2. 375x2
    3. 375x2
    4. 375x2
    5. 375x2
    6. 375x4 **I took a pretty short break between sets (around 3 mins or less). I suck at these, so it looks like I will keep doing more! :-) I still had a lot in the tank on the last set, but I am saving that for Saturday morning.

    DL (oly shoes, no belt, 1 min between sets):
    1. 495x1
    2. 505x1
    3. 505x1
    4. 505x1
    5. 505x1
    6. 505x1 **These went pretty well, moving up next time.

    That might be an option for sure. We need to find a meet that is centrally located to get Stroup in too. I am sure there is some super SPF meed in Alabamer we can hit up! :-)

    5. 335x4 **These all went well, and I kept the pace up (not taking long breaks) since it is still on the lighter side. I was going to do more reps on my last set, but I lost my groove horribly for some reason and aborted doing more after that.
