6. 375x4 **I took a pretty short break between sets (around 3 mins or less). I suck at these, so it looks like I will keep doing more! :-) I still had a lot in the tank on the last set, but I am saving that for Saturday morning.
DL (oly shoes, no belt, 1 min between sets):

6. 505x1 **These went pretty well, moving up next time.

12/4 Bench Assist Day
Bench (TNG):

5. 335x4 **These all went well, and I kept the pace up (not taking long breaks) since it is still on the lighter side. I was going to do more reps on my last set, but I lost my groove horribly for some reason and aborted doing more after that.
Seated DB Hammer Curls:
