Heh, thanks guys! :-) I am still in "experiment" mode, but I think the beltless work is carrying over to my normal competition lifts. I am not 100% sure on the squat, but basically I go low bar without a belt/wraps. But I felt my last training cycle did work well with deadlifts. I actually like pulling in a heeled shoe now. I feel like it is easier to get into my starting position. But I still think I lift more without shoes, but since I am adding a belt as well, it could just be that.
I tried high bar squats, but they just feel odd to me. Low bar just feels more natural.

6. 515x1 **These went really well too, moving up next time. No pain on these, my body likes deadlifting.
