I thought I would start logging here again, since I am logging over at Powerliftingtowin as well. Here is how things went today.

12/1 Bench Day

Bench (long pauses):
1. 285x3
2. 305x3
3. 325x7 **These went well, moving up next time.

Bench (TNG):
1. 325x5
2. 325x5
3. 345x3 **I hit my intended reps, but I think I was still a little wiped from my top paused set. Moving up next time.

Pulldowns:
1. 200x2x10
2. 212.5x2x10

He can wear sleeves too if he wants. One of NASA's best SHW's just uses sleeves for squat and no belt for DL. I think he is in the 2100 total range.
