    Discomfort but no pain and 160x5 is a pretty good bench day for me. Tendon is feeling way better already.

    Deadlift: 250kgx2,2,2,2,2 - all easy
    Front Squat: 140x3, 150x3, 155x3, 160x3, 165kgx3, 170kgx1, 175kgx1@9
    Press: 85kgx5x5 easy

    Tendon is not great, but only hurts on flat bench. Will try to bench regardless because meet is in 2 weeks, then take some time off flat bench to let it heal. 4 plates on front squat is definitely there, just didn't want to risk anything close to competition.

    Good day. top set on bench was a PR for me. Tendon definitely much improved. Finally an injury that doesn't take 9 months to heal.

    Last light session before the meet. Feeling good going in.

    Meet went decent. Got a 680kg total weighing 93 kg. 427 wilks.

    Squat: 220, 230, 235 fail
    Bench: 170, 175, 180
    DL: 250, 270, 275 fail

    Had a bit of problems with my belt and technique on the 3rd squat and deadlift attempts and was very surprised to fail them. 230 and 270 were super easy and fast. Learned a lot though.

    Also, first 4 plate bench. This made me happy. Met nice people.

    First day back after the meet, did some back n bis because I really was in the mood. Played with flat shoes on squats as well and felt good.

    Squat: 60kgx10, 80kgx10, 100kgx10, 120kgx10, 140kgx10, 160kgx10
    Rows: 4x10
    Chins +20kg: 4x10
    Cable Rows: 4x12
    Curl: 3x15

    starting strength coach development program
    Did Bavarian state championship and got 2nd place behind a guy in single ply gear.

    Bodyweight: 91,6kg

    Squat: 215kg/225kg/230kg
    Bench: 172,5kg/180kg/miss
    Deadlift: 250kg/265kg/pass (definitely had 272,5kg in me)





    Passe on third deadlift because I could not make first place as that guy squatted 280kg in single ply gear.
