Notes:
Fuuuuck this bench downturn. Gimme my PRs. I drank 2 liters of water, walked to work and it took another 1.5 liters + a 20oz gatorade before I needed to pee. Could not stay hydrated in this heat/humidity today. I'll blame that.
Happy with the squat single. I think I'm going to take a PR next week, shoot for 192.5kg.
My training partner Alex Lau has 6 week training blocks that culminate in basically mock meets. He hit 1504 today as a 183. Thinking he'll potentially see 1540-1560 at Nationals. Super psyched for him.
