Literally ate some raw oats mixed with milk and sugar as a snack to bring up proteins and carbs a little.

    1) SQUAT

    45x paused 10 sec.
    45x5
    70x5
    120x4
    165x3
    190x2
    210x1

    235x5 @9
    235x5 @9.5

Comments: Squats were hard, felt the "good morning". Didn't sleep to well last night either.

    2) BENCH

    45x paused 10 sec
    45x5
    70x4
    95x3
    110x2
    120x1

    135x5 @10 (whoops)
135x5 @10 (ehh went for it)
    135x4 @10

Comments: I pushed myself a little too hard.

    3) DEADLIFT

    145x4
    205x3
    235x2
    265x1

    295x1 @10 (ftl)

Comments: Had a real struggle locking it out for the one rep, and couldn't get it off the floor for another. I think I drained my lower back strength doing "squat-mornings".

    1) SQUAT

    45x paused 10 sec.
    45x5
    70x5
    120x4
    165x3
    190x2
    210x1

    235x1 (good morning)
    225x4 @9 (counted it with 235x1)
    225x5 @9.5

Comments: Actually felt my quads contributing to the lift with 225. Narrowed my grip width and tried to stay upright. Imma try to post a form check later for squats (on Powerlifting to Win Forums). 235 was too much for my legs to actually work for the full set I guess.

    2) BENCH

    45x paused 10 sec
    45x5
    70x4
    95x3
    110x2
    120x1

    137.5x3 @10 (bad bar)
    137.5x4 @9 (my fav bar)
    137.5x4 @9.25

Comments: I hate how I can only use one of 3 bars in the gym if I wanna get any work done. Anyways, my boy Caleb was awesome at giving the press command, so it went smooth.

    3) DEADLIFT

    145x4
    205x3
    235x2
    265x1

    295x5 @9.5 (ya boii)

Comments: 300x5 is getting gunned down next week.

Comments: Blew through squats today. Was motivated as hell and controlled my descent a bit more as well. Knees were shoved out more too.

Comments: I walked in telling myself I would pick up 300lbs for 5 reps and nothing less. The last rep was grinding hard at lockout but I finished it.

Thanks. It always was a natural lift to me, as I have relatively longer than average arms and an otherwise-hidden aggression that I can tap into before I pull.
