    Squat: 5x5x485
    Power Clean: 5x3x205

    Felt infinitely better than last Tuesday. Squats moved quickly. Easily caught my breath between each set, and went into power cleans feeling fresh. Need to find time for chins.

    Good to see you on hear, Dave. You are moving some big weights! Out of curiosity, do you ever film any of your training? I bet a lot of people here would like to see some of your heavy squat work on video.

    Bench: 5x1x365
    Press: 4x220

    First 3 reps of bench felt a little slow. Fourth and fifth were easy. I think I'll warm up a little more next time instead of jumping from 315. First four reps of press felt good, but they exhausted me. Couldn't get tight enough for 5th rep. Made two attempts, first went away from my body. Tried again but had nothing left.

    Squat felt good. Little high on first rep.

    No time for deadlift before my class. Cooled down too much to try after.

    Almost didn't do this. Back was feeling a little weak. Glad I did. Felt way easy compared to the last two weeks.

    Bench: 5x5x300
    Press: 8, 6, 7
    Banded TPD: 3x22

    Bench felt great. Even faster and smoother than last week. Ran out of gas on the press. Wasn't getting a very good pop from my hips. Gonna reset next week and work up by 2.5s.
