    Felt great coming off last week's deload.

    Squat: 3x5x395
    Rack Pull: 5x545 (+10 PR)

    Felt great again today. Squats didn't aggravate back. Loading the damn bar for the rack pulls did a bit though. Rested up and blasted a set of 5. Video:
