Really slow 6th & 7th reps on deads. Failed to pull 8th and laid down on floor for 10 seconds. Realized I was being a pussy, stood back up and pulled the 8th rep.

Squats felt great. Just kinda felt lazy and decided to stick with 185 on cleans.

Finally! I've failed my 25th rep at 320 at least 3x prior. Nailed it today, and it wasn't even a grind.

Rack pull felt great. Tweaked my form and deemphasized lumbar extension a bit. Bar moved fast and violently.

Bench felt heavy during warmup. Got much better at work sets. Still feeling the vestiges of 5x5x320 I think.
Press felt super uncomfortable on left shoulder. Popped some Advil and iced it immediately after. Feels fine now.

Boom. This was hard. Gym was 80° with no A/C. Felt like I was going to puke for 20 minutes after I was done. The reps themselves were good though: fast and consistent.
