Been awhile since I've logged because I've taken some time off from training. Between graduating from medical school, moving myself and my fiancé to the DC metro area, and starting residency I've been struggling with time (and motivation) to get back to training. The area that I'm living in is much more bike friendly, and with the warm weather came the urge to get back to riding bikes really fast. I've already started losing weight and some strength as I've toned down my overall food and supplement intake.
Nonetheless, I learned a lot and got a lot stronger thanks to some amazing friends and coaches. I'm not calling it quits, but moving to a modified schedule that hopefully will include 2 days of training, daily rides and unfortunately some military PT preparation. I will plan to move my log to the General Logs section, of which I will post a link to at a later time.
