    Good Morning Fellow Lifters:
I had MRI yesterday and followed up with surgeon directly afterwards. Now i have a complete rotator tear. Surgery is scheduled for 10/17.

Going forward I can't conceive of my training as 'competition training', and not sure when I may return to powerlifting.

So I need to consider how I will train leading up to surgery.

I want to continue to cut as much as possible. Today I am at 159.5. I lost about 6 lbs since cutting.

Jordan and I will be exchanging some ideas this week.

I should probably move this log somewhere more appropriate.

thanks for all your well wishes and support.

Today I was back in the gym doing some curls, tri's and back shit.

Sorry to hear it, Lou. Hopefully you can return to powerlifting once you've had your surgery and recovery is complete.

thanks for the kind words, I would have like to have finished the year with the bench and dl records, but will have to wait til next year if I decide to powerlift in 2017.
