Great workout. Feels nice to be back over 400+ and I'm at 205ish. Great progress this past half year. Getting my lifts back to where they were at 200 vs 230-240. Pumped.

I have felt like I have a cold coming for the last 2 days and today (9/29) it finally hit. Explains why this workout was pretty rough despite not being that heavy.

One of those put up or shut up workouts. I took out 295 and did 1 rep racked it and said to myself, you can't do that for 8 reps, you are still sick, it feels like shit. Then I got angry and said yes I can do this and proceeded to grind out 3 sets of 8. Sometimes its a slog.
Thanks man. With the sickness and the bodyweight loss I'm just trying to hold on! This week I have started reversing the diet and now aiming to gain weight so I think the numbers will start climbing again. I posted below some old workouts that are virtually identical to what I am doing today with 1 difference. I've lost about 25-30lbs. I weighed 203.4 on Monday.
