    Not a very good week of lifting.

    Squat - Buried by 365x1 so I quit

    8/25/17
    Deadlift - Struggled with 385x1, 415 was stapled.

    Not sure what is going on. Personal life is out of control currently and headed back to Caymans after 1 week back in the states so I think that might be playing a factor. Also frankly I don't really feel like lifting weights. I am down to 205. I have bumped the calories up and will try to add weight back in slowly over 2 weeks and then continue down to 190.

    Bummer about the squat. Nice pressing though, most recent PR is 155x1.

    Good job on the weight loss! I'm going to start following your log, because I'll be interested to see how someone else does with the BBM templates. Was hoping someone else would chime in in the Programming forum discussion so I could compare notes.
