    I probably won't start these for awhile. But I am thinking about doing a HLM setup soon and try to get my squat back up over 500.

    Lifted outside today, might have been a mistake. It was hot hot hot. Thought I was gonna pass out. Posted the weather to back up my story cuz I know everyone on the interwebs is a hater.

    I've looked into your log it seems as if though you're doing a bodybuilding/hypertrophy styled split. I'd probably try that in the near distant future; whenever I bulk up I guess. It probably would be good to look jacked as well.

    Are you following the KSC powerbuilding program? And also what's your goals for the end of this year?

    I'm doing the Baker Barbell Club and currently we are doing his powerbuilding program, kinda, but this is only our 2nd time through it.

    I'd like to get back to 500 300 500 at around 205. I'd also like to press 200+. Currently at ~430 290 450 at 206. I think once I get back to a consistent calorie surplus it will happen, currently trying to get down to 190ish before I make the turnaround and start adding calories back in.

    Paused LBBS (!) 225x5, 245x5, 275x5, 295x5, 315x5 <---got away with this an no elbow pain. We will see if I can maybe do it from now on, that article on elbow pain in the squat has some stuff I am trying.

    Squat 375x2, 375x2, 345x2 First set felt good, second set wasn't as good. I was lifting outside with no spotter and I didn't want to risk a mishap. I'll get it next time.
