Bench:
315x1 w/ pause, up to 330x1 w/paused slingshot
Everything is feeling good. I hit the weights I wanted to today without tapering much yet. I think I'm good
For 606 in the squat and a bit more in the dead. Now its time to chill out and make weight. I have a big water cut to do. Everything is now in the hands of the barbell gods.
