With the Bss's I was basically working on not falling over and getting my knee all the way down. I'll be able to load them up well next week a bit better. I sore af legs felt better after these. This week was tough because of the major increase in volume but that's exactly what I need. Excited to add weight and volume next week.

Monday 5/9
Started getting some flu-like symptoms this week and missed my GPP day. I feel like ass right now. I tried to train yesterday but it was basically a throw away session. Pro-tip: don't train when you are actually sick. You're body has other shit on it's plate to recover from.
