    Lifted 3 times since I last logged, but it's not worth logging right now. I underwent surgery yesterday to remove to moles from my back and a lymph node. Pain is not bad right now, but the doc has me refraining from lifting for 2-4 weeks. I go back to see him on May 8. I'll see how I feel and what he thinks about me starting up again then. For now, I just have to accept not being able to lift for a little while. I'll probably start doing wingates 3-4 times per week in lieu of lifting next week. I'll update this thing when I have more info on when I can start again.

    Did 2 days of HIIT last week. Weight is down despite increasing calories. Going back to see the surgeon tomorrow; praying to god he clears me. I may high-tail it straight to the gym to get back into a set of 5. God I can't wait. If he gives me more time off, I don't know what I'm going to do.

    starting strength coach development program
    So instead of letting me get back at it, the doctor scheduled me to have minor surgery on 4 additional sites. Took care of that on Friday. I am now about 2-3 weeks out from returning. Going to be a long road back, but nothing I can really do now.
