    Today was my first day in about 3 1/2 months attempting heavy weights! I am so happy with what I was able to get today.. Although, definitely not satisfied!! I leave for China in a month and can't be more excited! Also, China now qualifies me for the World Chanpionships this November in Houston. If I post a good total in China then I have a shot to make the team!

    Hey Mary,

    I discovered your log through an Instagram post by @hookgrip a couple days ago with your 90kg snatch in China. Just wanted to say congratulations to you (and your coach Tom) for going and competing and doing an awesome job. I'm sure I'm not alone in saying that it'd be really cool to hear about your experiences in China and your plans going forward. I hope you continue training hard and trying to make the US team! And hopefully you'll resume your logging here when you've recovered from your travels and get back to training! Take care and good luck!
