    Snatch Tech.
    Snatch + Snatch Balance
    2 singles @55kg

    Press From Split
    3x8 @30kg

    E.
    C&J Tech.
    Clean + Push Jerk + Pause Jerk
    2 singles @70kg

    F.
    Glute-Ham Raises (weighted)
    5x10 w/5kg plate

    G.
    Chinese Planks (weighted)
    3x1 minute face up w/15kg
    3x1 minute face up w/15kg
    (rest 1 minute between sets)

    AM M/F/S - 8/2/2
    Rough morning emotionally,
    but still managed to somehow
    have a great morning session.

    Pretty stressful and emotional day, but
    somehow manages to sneak away with
    95% for both exercises. Not too long
    ago having a Pull in the workout before
    the lift would have destroyed me, all
    this posterior chain work is paying off!
